Available in side-load, end-load and double rack configurations and 3″- 4” and 6” slide spacing.
LBC brings modern durability, performance and consistency, with an eye to the artistry and craftsmanship that is high quality baking.
LBC oven racks are all stainless steel, constructed of non-magnetic stainless steel and have an attractive annealed finish. Casters on the oven racks are fitted with Rulon® bearings to enhance caster life, make them easier to move with a load, and shorten lubrication frequency. Our roll-in oven racks are designed to ship knocked down to save on freight costs. They are also available fully assembled, or fully welded for correctional use.

Recommended Spacing
Oven racks should be sized to allow a minimum of 2″ above the finished product
- Artisan breads, pan breads and 4″ foodservice pans use 6″ spacing
- Baguettes, muffins, bagels, French breads and 2-1/2″ foodservice pans use 4″ spacing
- Cookies, sheet cakes and all flat products use 3″ spacing
