Electric Deck Ovens
LBC deck ovens deliver great performance and good looks. LBC deck ovens are equipped with independent deck and controls for simultaneous variety baking. Independent top and bottom heat controls and temperature settings let the oven match baking speed with product need. Independent steamers provide high-volume steam without compromising oven temperature or recovery.
Our deck ovens are available in 2, 3 and 4 pan sizes and decks from 1 to 4, you can produce a great variety of product in a limited space.
Baking ovens have stone decks, glass doors and fast-recovery steam pods for excellent artisan style breads and fluffy cakes.
