Spiral Pizza Dough Mixer
MODEL: KM – Series
Spiral Mixers are used for developing and kneading dough. The spiral shaped hook pushed the dough ball to the bottom of the bowl and emulates the kneading action of the strong hands of an experienced baker. The bowl is turned with the hook to minimize friction and to maximize dough development. Spiral pizza mixers have greater bowl clearance, higher torque and slower speeds than conventional spiral mixers.

Planetary Pizza Dough Mixer
MODEL: SM 600CP
Planetary Mixers are used for mixing ingredients as well as developing and kneading dough.
LBC Planetary Mixers are equipped with a #12 tapered hub for attachment of grinders and cheese shredders. Planetary pizza mixers have greater bowl clearance, higher torque and slower speeds than conventional mixers. The LBC Planetary Pizza Mixer can do a lot of work in a small space, making it a valuable tool in any Pizza kitchen.
