With production rates of 15 to 35 chickens per oven, the LCR5, LCR7 and LCR7W Electric Rotisseries are economical profit centers.

LRC7 RETHERMALIZING OVEN
- Rethermalizing Oven may be stacked in pairs, used as a stand-alone unit or installed with an a LCR7 Rotisserie.
- Capacity: 6 each 18″ x 26″ sheet pans or 12 each 12″ x 20″ serving pans.

Wash Down Rotisserie
The LCR-7W seven spit electric rotisseries with wash-down delivers a great product AND saves hundreds of hours in labor
Just one push of a button and the LCR-7W starts a programmable wash down cycle, spraying grease cutting detergent and then washing it all away without having to be attended.

Our rotisserie ovens can be mounted on a counter or double stacked to increase production without taking up lots of space.
Also available is the heated cabinet base and coming soon a re-thermalazation/convection oven base for the LCR-7. Interior parts are constructed of stainless steel and easily removable for cleaning and the digital controls can be programed for up to 20 menu items with sear, roast and hold settings.
